Delete Your Family Mentor App Account

If you wish to delete your Family Mentor account and associated personal data, you can request deletion by email.

We process all deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Family Mentor account:

In your email, please include:

  • The email address associated with your Family Mentor account
  • The statement:
    “I request deletion of my Family Mentor account and associated data.”

For security purposes, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your request is confirmed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Account information (email address, display name, profile data)
  • Family data and family relationships
  • Chats and messages
  • AI assistant conversations
  • Calendar events and reminders
  • Chores, shopping lists, meal plans, and activities
  • Child accounts created under the parent account
  • Usage data linked to your account

Retention Period

  • Account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days of request confirmation
  • Some anonymized and aggregated analytics data may be retained for legal or operational purposes, but cannot be used to identify you
